Pick Up and Drop Off Times
Drop off and pick up times for all boarding reservations (except all-inclusive stays) are:
- Monday through Friday between 6:30 am and 6 pm
- Saturday and Sunday between 9 am and 5 pm
Arrival times for all-inclusive boarding guests:
- Monday through Friday between 6:30 am and 1 pm (pick up anytime before 6 pm)
- Saturday and Sunday between 9 am and 1 pm (pick up anytime before 5 pm)
All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations:
Proof of vaccinations must be provided prior to check-in. Your vet can fax this information to 608-781-9664. We also require our guests to receive a monthly application of flea preventative.
We prefer not to take in personal items, such as toys or beds. However, if you feel such items are necessary for any reason, we impose a strict limit of three personal items (aside from food, treats, and medication). All personal items must be marked with your pet’s name in permanent marker. We may need to wash your pet’s personal items. During that process, they may collect dog hair other than your own dog’s hair. Rest assured that we do not share personal items with pets from other families. We are not responsible for damaged or lost personal items.
- Blankets and/or towels
- Dog bowls (with the exception of slow-feeding bowls)
- Rawhide bones/chews and other chews/treats that may become indigestible or get lodged in an animal’s throat.
Outdoor Potty Breaks
Our guests are taken outside to a private, secure area at least six times each day. Dogs enrolled in daycare receive unlimited trips outside during daycare hours in addition to at least three trips during kenneling hours.
We strongly suggest bringing your dog’s own food to prevent stomach upset. Please place your pet’s food and treats in an airtight container labeled with their name and feeding instructions. If you forget or run out, we have a large selection of healthy, all-natural foods in our retail store and will do our best to substitute with a product that has similar content. Food and treats not provided by the owner will be charged our retail price.
Baths and nail trims can be requested at check-in. If your pet requires full grooming, an appointment must be scheduled in advance. We recommend booking your pet’s grooming appointment when you book their stay with us. If your pet stays three consecutive nights with us, they will receive a complimentary bath before heading home.
